- 1 cup brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 400F.
Method
- Step 1: Using an electric hand mixer, mix margarine and sugar and cream these two ingredients together.
- Step 2: Add baking soda, cornstarch, vanilla extract, almond extract, salt, and almond milk together into the butter and sugar mixture.
- Step 3: Add the flour and mix well to for the cookie dough.
- Step 4: Place 12 level scoops (tablespoon size) on a baking sheet and bake for about 7 – 10 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
- Step 5: Let them cool before transferring the cookies to a wire rack.
- Step 6: Sprinkle the cookies with a little sea salt and enjoy.
